Mark V Krause,age 63, of Reedsburg, had an early tee time with Jesus the morning of Sunday, September 18, 2016. Departing from the VA Hospital, he left a hole in one, if not more, of us. He is healed now, though, so we take comfort in that. Although born December 23, 1952 in Chippewa Falls, 2 months earlier than anticipated, this son of Vernon Krause and Ardes Moldrem Krause did not let that stunt his growth. Reaching a leggy 6'2", he proudly served as a United States Marine and was lucky enough to have made his passion for golf into a lifelong career as a PGA Golf Professional. United in marriage to Sunny Bresett, he often commented that he loved her more than a bacon cheeseburger. Those that knew him well realized the power of that statement and celebrated their love match. Mark was preceded in death by his father. Survivors include his wife, Sunny of Reedsburg; Mother, Ardes (Timothy) Benson of Eden Prairie,MN; Children: Ryan Tonkinson, San Francisco, CA. Zachary Krause of Reedsburg, Ashley (Benjamin) Tischer of York, NB, Merton Bresett, Jr. of Reedsburg, Riley Bresett of Reedsburg; Granchildren: Zoe Tonkinson of San Francisco, CA, Hunter Tonkinson of San Francisco, CA, Jaymi Tischer of York, NE, Izyk Tischer of York, NE, Ethan Krause, CA Siblings: Denise Krause, Kevin Krause, Jeffery Krause, Dawn (Gary) Pisoni; Lary (Patricia) Erickson, Rhonda Erickson, William (Lisa) Erickson Jason (Laura) Krause, Step-mother, Barbara Krause of Blain, MN; Along with many other loving relatives and friends. Services for Mark Krause will be conducted on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 3:00 P.M. at Cornerstone Baptist Church in Reedsburg with Pastor Sonny Hyde officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 12 Noon until the time of service at the church. Burial will take place in Greenwood cemetery. In addition, all are invited back to Cornerstone to share in dinner and fellowship beginning at 5:00 pm.
