Delbert Pagel

Delbert C. Pagel, 87, of Baraboo, passed away Saturday, May 21, 2016, at Ridge View in Cazenovia. Delbert was born January 21, 1929, in Franklin Township to the late Carl and Blanch (Hemberger) Pagel. He enjoyed spending time on the family farm. He also enjoyed fishing, watching wrestling weekly, and spending time talking with Jim outside Survivors include his brother Gerald (JoAnn) Pagel of Baraboo; Sister; Sherry McCracken of Alabama Nieces and Nephews; Donald Pagel, Daniel Pagel, Dan Pagel, and Patsy Rhinehart, all of Baraboo. Many other relatives and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Millie, brother Laverne, his longtime friend James Hall, and his uncle Henry Pagel. A memorial service for Delbert will be held on Thursday, May 26, 2016, at 11:00 am, at Farber Funeral Home in Reedsburg. The Reverend Joe Corbin, Pastor of First Presbyterian Church will officiate. Visitation will also be on Thursday, at the funeral home, from 9:30 am until the time of service. Burial will follow services at Greenwood Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established in his name. Farber Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
