Daniel Stolte

Daniel Joseph Stolte, 64, of the town of Reedsburg, passed away Thursday, September 22, 2016, at his residence. Daniel was born August 06, 1952 in Reedsburg the son of Edward and Carol (Helms) Stolte. Dan was avid hunter, history buff, bow maker, and gun collector. He loved seeing his grandson grow, and just being with family. In addition to being a Green Bay Packer fan, Dan loved talking to people, and had a story for everything. He was employed as a cook at various Wisconsin Dells and Reedsburg area restaurants. He is survived by his son Robert (Elizabeth) Stolte, Father, Edward Stolte, Twin brother, David Stolte, Sister, Mary (Evan) Henke, Grandson Vaughn. He was preceded in death by his mother Carol. A memorial service for Dan will take place Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at 1:00 pm, at Farber Funeral Home. The Reverend Joe Corbin will officiate. A time of visitation will also be on Wednesday, at the funeral home from 11:30 am until the time of service. Private family burial will take place on Wednesday, at St. John Cemetery in Reedsburg. Farber Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
