Franklin D. Voiers, 81 of Oak Hill, formerly of Beckley, passed away on Friday, June 3, 2016 at Bowers Hospice House. Services will be conducted at 1pm Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at the High Lawn Funeral Home Chapel in Oak Hill with Rev. Bobby Adkins officiating.
