Gladys Lewis

Gladys V. Lewis, 82, of Clarkesville, VA, formerly of Martinsburg, WV died on Monday, September 21, 2009 at Meadow View Terrace, Clarkesville, VA. Born February 11, 1927 in Martinsburg, WV she was the daughter of the late Perry O. and Snow V. Williams. She was a former employee of Perfection Garment and Peoples Drug Store. She is survived by a son, Louis W. Lewis, Sr. of Clarkesville, VA; two grandchildren, Louis “Pete” W. Lewis, Jr. of Martinsburg and Shannon Lewis of Falling Waters; and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2009 at 1:00PM at the Brown Funeral Home with Rev. William C. Crowe. Interment will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 23, 2009 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at the funeral home.
