Carl Lee Plotner, 78, of Martinsburg who passed away on Tuesday, July 19, 2016 at his residence. Born July 19, 1938 in Martinsburg, WV he was the son of the late Allen Leslie Plotner and Ethel Kay Schilling Plotner. He was a veteran of the US Navy and US Marine Corps. He is survived by two daughters, Carla Jane Plotner and Kelly Kay Plotner; five grandchildren, Peyton, Dimitri, Elise, Liam, and Milani; and one nephew, Bill Plotner, Jr. He was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Jane Plotner and a brother, Bill Plotner. Family will receive friends on Monday, July 25, 2016 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Brown Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at 10:30AM at Brown Funeral Home with Father Brian Shoda officiating. Military graveside service will be held at Rosedale Cemetery.
