She was born in Warren, Ohio on September 29, 1951, a daughter of the late Milly and Garnet Conley Simmons. She is survived by husband, Roy Edward Heltzel of Shock, WV; daughter, Heather (Bill) Edele of Shock, WV; brother, Kenneth (Wanda) Simmons of Newton Falls, Ohio; sisters, Karen (Mike) Calton of Streetsboro, Ohio and Kelly (Mickey) Nicholas of Morganton, NC; and grandson, Bradley Cook.
