Francis Rinehart

Francis Eugene Rinehart, 70, of Mt. Zion, WV, passed away at his home on Friday, September 2, 2016. Mr. Rinehart was born January 20, 1946 in Middleburg, MD, a son of the late Monroe and Grace Wisnor. He was formerly of Walkersville, MD, where he resided for 24 years and he was known as Carl. He had worked at R.K.S. Construction and he retired from Essroc Cement Corp. in Frederick, MD. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, boating and most of all, four-wheeling in the back hill in West Virginia with his dog, Potts on the back. He also liked to watch Nascar and collect Nascar. He is survived by wife of 44 years, Penny D. Rinehart; daughter, Wendy (Vince) Kepphart of VA; son, Gary Rinehart of MD; brother, Dennis (Jean) Rinehart of Taneytown, MD; five grandchildren, Ashley of WV; Curtis and Cheyenne of VA; Taylor Rinehart of PA; and Destiney Rinehart; one great-grandson, Christian. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sons, Frank and Hank; grandson, Ed; and great-granddaughter, Darlene; sister, Shirley Fogle; and brother, Kenneth Rinehart. Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville, is in charge of the final arrangements for Mr. Rinehart. A private family service will be held at a later date.
