Naomi Boylen

Naomi D. (Fairley) Boylen, age 80 of Boylen Ave., Grafton, WV passed away Monday, June 27, 2016 at the Rosewood Health Care Center in Grafton. She was born December 31, 1935, in Washington, PA a daughter of the late James and Inez Fairley. She is survived by her beloved husband of 61 years, Rev. William F. Boylen of Grafton; one son, Alan B. Boylen and wife Pam of Fairmont, WV; five grandchildren, Christopher, Jason and wife,Ashley, Aaron and wife, Danielle, Brandi, Nikki; seven great-grandchildren, Cayden, Caitlyn, Camryn, Kiyan, Kianna, Jarin, and Brady; one sister, Betty McFarland of Grafton; one brother, Howard Fairley of Worthington, WV; one daughter-in-law, Shari L. Boylen of Grafton; also survived by several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, William F. “Billy” Boylen, II; three sisters, Pearl Williams, Inez Kester, and Edna Fairley who died in infancy; two brothers, Clyde Fairley and James Fairley. Naomi worked at the Grafton Apparel Manufacturing Company in Grafton. She enjoyed her family, sewing, and studying her Bible. The family will receive friends at the Donald G. Ford Funeral Home in Grafton on Wednesday, June 29th from 2:00-8:00 p.m. and from 10:00 until the funeral hour on Thursday. Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 30, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Message of Freedom Church in Grafton, with Pastor James E. Johnson and Pastor Mike Stotlemyer officiating. Interment will follow at the Woodsdale Memorial Park in Grafton. Mrs. Boylen will lie in state at the Message of Freedom Church from 10:00 a.m. Thursday, until the funeral hour at 11:00 a.m.
