Bonnie Lou (Overfield) Bradley Mick, age 84 of Rolling Hills, Morgantown, WV passed away Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at her residence. She was born April 8, 1932 in Reedsville, WV a daughter of the late William Gay Overfield and Jessie Lee (Watkins) Overfield. She is survived by one son, Parke Bradley of Morgantown; three sisters, Sandy White and husband, Bob of Kingwood, Shirley Renbert of Canton, OH, and Judy Bryant and husband, Ernest of Elyeria, OH; one brother, Clifford Overfield and wife, Ruth of Morgantown; one granddaughter, Laura Bradley of Chicago, IL; also survived by several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Willis E. Bradley and her second husband, Clell O. Mick; one son, Milton Dean Bradley; and one grandson, Jesse Willis Bradley. Bonnie graduated from Arthurdale High School with the Class of 1950. She then graduated from Fairmont State University and got her Master’s Degree at WVU. She worked for the Preston County Board of Education as a teacher with the gifted program and also in the learning disability program for 20 years. She was a member of the Eastern Star and the Community United Methodist Church on the Grafton Road. The family will receive friends at the Donald G. Ford Funeral Home in Grafton on Monday, September 5th from 4:00-8:00p.m. and from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour on Tuesday. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 with Rev. Judy Flynn officiating. Interment will follow at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery located on Eby Road.
