Margaret Ann Kern, “Ann”, 71, of Winchester, VA passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Winchester Medical Center. Ms. Kern is survived by her mother, Grace Edmonds, son Kevin Kern, daughter Tammy Baker (Kern), 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Robert (Jr.) Kern and a sister, Betty Jean Edmonds. A celebration of life for family and friends will be held at the home of Brian and Stacey Frye, 364 Layside Drive, Winchester, VA 22602, on Sunday, July 31, 2016 at 2PM.
