Larry Charles Sr., 65 of Gray Court, South Carolina, passed away on Tuesday, September 13, 2016. Born in Buchanan County, Virginia, on May 29, 1951, he was the son of Zade Davis Charles and the late Clayton Walden Charles.

Survivors include his wife, Maggie Charles; daughters, Melissa D. Lollis and husband Chris, Rebecca Lynn Charles, and Christy Baldwin; son, Larry M. Charles; five grandchildren, Eric Woody, Jarod Woody, Brandon Charles, Anna Charles and Kimberly Brewer; great-grandson, Marshall Lollis; mother, Zade Charles; brothers, Bud Charles, Paul Charles, David Charles and Donnie Charles; sisters, Janice Nagel, Cathy Hipp, Betty Blankenship, Janie Cook, Jeannie Charles and Sarah England.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
