Hazel Ruth Breeding Patrick, 81, of Bristol, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, May 20, 2016. Born in Cleveland, Va., on May 30, 1934, she was a daughter of the late Linzy and Bessie Rhea Breeding. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Jerry Kipps and Donnie Fields; sister, Mary Davis, and brothers, Roy, John Harvey, Jim, Dallas, Charlie, Calvin and Clarence Breeding.

Survivors include her husband, Roy Patrick; one daughter, Brenda Stinson and husband, Clifford of Lebanon; three grandchildren, Tonya Kinder and husband Jeff, Heather Davidson and husband Wesley and Joshua Stinson and wife, Lindsay, all of Lebanon; two step-sons, Donnie Patrick and wife Regina and James Patrick and wife Janice, all of Blountville, TN; two sisters, Nellie Lasley and husband Robert of Cleveland, Va., and Martha Synder and husband Stacey of Bristol, Tenn., and two brothers, Lawrence Breeding and wife Phyllis of Roanoke, Va., and Henry Breeding and wife Margaret of Staunton, Va.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, May 24, 2016, at the Breeding Family Cemetery in Cleveland, Va. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, May 23, 2016, in the Owens Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Jeff Kinder and Rev. James Sims officiating. The family will receive friends from 12 to 2 p.m. prior to the service.
