Ann Marie Thomas

Mrs. Ann Marie Thomas, age 46, of Lebanon, Virginia passed away Saturday (June 25, 2016) at her home. Born August 14, 1970 in Pikeville, Kentucky, she was a daughter of Willa Marie Thomas of Lebanon, Virginia and the late James Arthur Thomas. She spent her early life in Council, Virginia. She later moved to Lebanon, Virginia for the remainder of her life and was an EMS Service First Responder. She attended Valley View Freewill Baptist Church in Honaker, Virginia and loved being outdoors. Her favorite pastimes were trains, hunting, fishing and spending time with her family. She was a loving wife, mother, Auntie Annie and Nana to many. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Sherman Thomas and one brother, William Russell Thomas. Survivors, in addition to her mother, include four children, Abigail Thomas, Maxwell Thomas, Lucas Thomas and Rebecca Thomas all of Lebanon, Virginia; two brothers, Joshua Morgan Thomas and Gary Wayne Thomas and wife, Janie; one sister, Christine Louise Wallis and Charles, Jr.; special companion, Alan Bostic; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. Funeral services will be conducted at 6 PM Tuesday in the Honaker Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Kenneth Taylor and Rev. Edward Tiller officiating.
