Mr. Henry Shannon Lee, age 55, of Eagle Rock, died Sunday, April 24, 2016. Mr. Lee was born March 17, 1961 in Franklin, OH, the son of Sue Wolfe Lee and the late Cecil Oliver “Skeeter” Lee. A graduate of Springboro High School in Springboro, OH, Mr. Lee served his country as a member of the United States Navy. During his working career, Shannon worked at Covington Honda Shop in Covington, Green Valley Rent-all's- John Deere Dealership in Low Moor, Barry Edwards Cycle Service in Troutville before owning his own shop, Shannon's Motorcycle Repair at his home in Eagle Rock. Shannon loved living out in the country where he could enjoy the quietness and solitude of nature and being able to be near the deer and animals. He loved to ride motorcycles, his stereo and music, watching old movies and Star Trek, as well as his all-time favorite TV show, Andy Griffith. Mr. Lee was of the Baptist faith. In addition to his mother, Sue Wolfe Lee, Mr. Lee is survived by his daughter, Courtney Levander of Blacksburg; his sister, Fawn Day Baker of Columbus, OH; his aunt, Katie G. Lee of Clifton Forge; special friends, Carolyn and Andy Snyder of Covington; and a number of cousins. A graveside service will be conducted at 2:30 P.M. Sunday, May 1, 2016, at Central Advent Christian Church Cemetery with Rev. Bill Gilliland officiating. Pallbearers will be Andy Snyder, Carolyn Snyder, Barry Edwards, Charlie Miller, Larry Puterbaugh and Craig Anderson.
