AZLE -- Corey D. Travis, 42, a loving husband and father, passed away, Saturday, Aug. 27, 2016. Corey was born July 22, 1974 in Fort Worth to Bill and Neola Cundiff Travis. They both preceded him in death. Survivors: Wife, Tammy Travis; daughter, Cady Travis; step son, Chris Kenvin; aunt, Melida Stanly; and extended family and friends.
