On Wednesday, August 17, 2016 Jerry Lee Devendorf passed away at home at the age of 69. Jerry was born on October 18, 1946 to Louis Devendorf and Dorothy (Chambers) Devendorf in San Antonio, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Luke Devendorf; and sister, Iva Wilkerson. He will be dearly missed by his daughter, Michelle Hofauer and her husband Richard; son, Brandon Devendorf and wife Pauline; brothers, Larry Devendorf and wife Laura, and Glen Devendorf; sisters, Joyce West, Linda McGlothlin, and Patsy Reese and husband Slick; grandchildren, Callie, Casey, Aaron, Jeremy, and Kyndal; great-granddaughter, Whitley; and special friend, Daisy. A visitation will be held on Monday, August 22, 2016 from 5pm-8pm at Finch Funeral Chapel in La Vernia, Texas. FUNERAL SERVICE Tuesday, August 23, 2016 10:00am Finch Funeral Chapel La Vernia, Texas Burial will follow at Sutherland Springs Cemetery. Reverend Scott Jones will be officiant of the services.
