Robert William Adcock, age 81, of Stockdale, passed away Thursday, July 7, 2016, in Seguin. Robert was born to Mr. and Mrs. Elgin Amos and Sarah Thelma (Powe) Adcock, Sr. on May 28, 1935, in Seguin. His parents; brothers, Elgin Amos Adcock Jr. and Jack Adcock; sister, Loyce Adcock, precede him in death. Robert is survived by his wife of 53 years, Zandra Faye Adcock; children, Joane Schuster, Sarah Huser and husband Michael, Sr., Julie C. Adcock and Loyce G. Rice and husband Harold; grandchildren, Casey Schuster, Michael Huser, Jr., Johnathan Huser, Zachary Huser, Preston Rice and Madisyne Rice; great-grandchild, Sophia M. Huser; sister, Ann Clark; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. A visitation will be held Monday, July 11, 2016 from 1pm to 2pm at Finch Funeral Chapel, Stockdale. FUNERAL SERVICE Monday, July 11, 2016 2pm Finch Funeral Chapel, Stockdale Mr. Kenneth Clapp will officiate at the service. Interment with military honors will follow in the Nockenut Cemetery, Stockdale.
