Margie Ann Rodriguez Medina, 59, of Angleton TX went to be with the Lord on June 29, 2016 at home surrounded by her loving family. Margie was born on Nov. 27, 1956 in Ganado, TX to the late Aldolfo M Rodriguez Sr and Mary Zamora. She was one of six children who lived in Bay City, TX before moving to Brazoria County. Margie was blessed with 18 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She was loved by her family as well as so many longtime friends that grew over the years especially when she worked at Bucees #1 and Bucees #29. She also worked for BISD as a custodian for many years. She loved providing customer service to others and she had a beautiful smile that would brighten anyone’s day. She enjoyed watching her Dallas Cowboys play on game days as well as her grandchildren in whatever activities they played. Margie was proceeded in death by her brother Moses Zamora, grandmother(MOTHER) Juliana Ramirez. Survivors include her sons: James Rodriquez (Michelle), Fred Medina Jr (Miriam Gomez), Mark Medina (Elsa), and Michael Medina (Asile Ann Bentancourt) all of Angleton along with her daughters: Judy Ozuna (Jonathan) of Lake Jackson and Crystal Cardenas (Eleazar) of Angleton. Let’s not forget “Thunder” the family dog she grew attached to. Funeral Services are scheduled as followed: Rosary on Thurs July 7, 2016 at 7 pm at Palms Funeral Home in Angleton. A mass will be held on Fri July 8, 2016 at 10 am at Most Holy Trinity Church in Angleton with Fr Perez officiating then proceed to Angleton Cemetery. Pallbearers will include Isaac Rodriguez, Nicolas Medina, Jonathan Noah Ozuna, Roger Medina, Michael Medina Jr and Ulysses Cardenas . A special thanks to the staff at Gulf Coast Gastroenterology for being there for our mother. Also to all the nurses, doctors and staff at UTMB in Galveston and League City, A-MED and staff that cared for our mother at one time or another. God bless you. She always wanted us to “thank them for their service”.
