Rhonda Cooper Bailey-age 56 of Luttrell passed away Saturday morning, September 10, 2016. She was a member of Clear Springs Baptist Church. Preceded in death by parents, Viva and James Cooper. Survivors: husband of 39 years, Charles (Tony) Bailey; mother, Margie Welch; brothers, Charles (Vickie) and Michael Cooper, Kenneth (Barbie) Varner; sisters, Mary Ann Osborne (Mike Record), Susan (Roy) May, Pam (Terry) Sands, Beverly (Bubba) Shupperd; special nieces and nephews, Andrew and Emily Norton, Phillip Cox, Savannah Meltabarger; uncle, Charles Clark; aunts, Juanita and Alma. Special friend, Billy Wallace. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, September 13, 2016 with funeral services to follow at 8 p.m. Tuesday, Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel, Rev. Glen Beeler, Rev. Steve Hill officiating with music by Nikki Headley. Family and friends will meet by 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home to go in procession to Clear Springs Church Cemetery, Thompson School Road for interment at 11 a.m. Wednesday. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made for expenses at the funeral home. Arrangements by Cooke-Campbell Mortuary, Maynardville.
