Scotti was born on November 4, 2012 at Tripler Army Medical Center in Oahu, Hawaii, the son of Scotti Allen Reif and Adria Schroeder Reif. In addition to his parents, he will be greatly missed by his maternal grandparents, Terry and Deena Schroeder and paternal grandmother, Tawana Rowe.
