Mona Jean Gillett Rawlings, 61, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 8, 2016, at Tennova Medical Center of Clarksville, TN. Mona was born November 4, 1954, on Staten Island, New York to parents Warren and Joyce (Riordan) Gillett, both deceased. A brother, Richard Gillett, and brother-in-law, Julian Rawlings, also preceded her in death. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday October 15, 2016 at McReynolds, Nave, & Larson Funeral Home in Clarksville, TN at 1pm with Tim Ferrell and Greg Swan officiating. Visitation will be Friday, October 14 from 4 – 8pm and Saturday October 15 from 11am – 1pm. She is a retired retail office manager and current farm accountant for Rawlings Farm. She is a Christian and a member of Blooming Grove Baptist Church. Mona will be deeply missed by her husband Devereux Rawlings; son Jarrett Rawlings; daughters Jennifer (John) Fuson and Emily (Greg) Swan; grandchildren Holly, Sarah, and Cole Fuson, London and Alonna Cariani, and Lyndi, Chelsi, and Matti Swan; sisters Kathy Gillett (nephew, Taylor Cantrell) and Shirley Nickel (niece, Natalie); brother Michael Gillett (niece, Nikki DeLuca); Brother-in-law Edward (Alene) Rawlings; sister-in-law Mildred Rawlings; and best friend Anita (Mike) Hickey.
