David Lewis, 77 of Clarksville passed away Thursday, September 15, 2016 at Centennial Medical Center, Nashville, TN David was born October 1, 1938 in Detroit, MI, son of the late Gordon Lewis and Lorraine Gunnell Ciske. He was retired from the US Army. In addition to his parents David was preceded in death by a brother, Dewey Ciske. Survivors include his son, Anthony Lewis; daughter, Elizabeth Benedict; grandson, Justin Tyler Lewis and a brother, Kurt Ciske.
