Eadie Billings

Eadie B. Billings, 67, wife of Harold Stanley Billings, died Monday, September 12, 2016, at her home in Greenville. Born February 14, 1949, in Sumter, she was a daughter of the late Thomas E. Benenhaley, Sr. and the late Earline B. Benenhaley. She was a member of Enoree Baptist Church in Travelers Rest. Survivors include her husband; four sons, Ronald E. Benenhaley and Johnathan “Bucky” Jones both of Greenville, Chris Billings (Nicole) of Sumter and Travis Billings (Eve) of Lugoff; two grandsons, Damien “Scooter” Billings of Lugoff and Grant Billings of Sumter; a brother, Thomas Benenhaley (Phyllis) of Sumter; and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Rosemary Benenhaley and a brother, Ronald Allison Benenhaley. Funeral services will be held at 3 P.M. Thursday in the Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home chapel. Burial will be in Independence, VA. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 P.M. Wednesday at Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and other times at the home of her brother, 4331 Granada Dr., Sumter. The family would like to express a very special thanks to Missy Paris for her tender loving care. Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and Crematorium of Sumter is in charge of the arrangements.
