Beverly Johnson Punk, 71, wife of Philip A. Punk, died Monday, July 4, 2016, at her home. She was born April 12, 1945, in Ashtabula, OH. She was employed for eight years as a hostess at McDonald’s on Pinewood Rd. Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Annette Good, Angela Hatfield, and Debra Strout; a son, Jeffrey Johnson; 11 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; four step-children, Suzette Santana, Dawn Diaz, Phil Punk, Jr., and Edward Leland Punk; 17 step-grandchildren; and two step-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter Denise Johnson. Services will be private. Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and Crematorium of Sumter is in charge of the arrangements.
