Thomas Charles Scarborough, 71, of North Charleston passed away on Oct. 6, 2016. Thomas was born Nov. 30, 1944 in Charleston, SC, the son of the late William J. Scarborough and Marguerite Belding Scarborough. He graduated from Bishop England and Palmer College. Survivors include sisters, Eileen Kennedy of Missouri and Theresa S. Pop of James Island; and brother, Michael Scarborough of North Charleston. He was preceded in death by sisters, Margaret Hatcher and Mary Brabham; brothers, William J. Scarborough, Ralph Scarborough, Francis Scarborough, Joe Scarborough and Matt Scarborough. Special thanks to Denise McKeoun for her help with Thomas over the years and especially during his final long illness. Burial services will be private.
