Pamela M. Langdon, 68, beloved wife of James G. Langdon, of Stenton Avenue, Westerly, passed away at her home on Wednesday, August 17, 2016. Born in Hartford, CT, she was a daughter of the late James and Ruth Nordeng. Pamela worked for the Robert Jones Insurance Agency as a Personal Lines Rep for many years. An avid dog breeder specializing in Newfoundlands, she was a member of both the Newfoundland Club of America and New England. Pamela also enjoyed the beaches of Quonochontaug, RI. In addition to her husband, she leaves a son Matthew G. Langdon of Charlestown and daughter Melanie Langdon-Amerault and her husband Michael of East Orleans, Mass. She is also survived by two brothers, Jay Nordeng of Ashaway and David Nordeng of Charlestown; two grandchildren, Helaina Baton-Langdon and Ryan Amerault; and several nieces and nephews. Pamela was predeceased by an older sister Deanna Nordeng. Visiting hours are omitted. Funeral service and burial will be held privately.
