Paul Greenwood

Paul E. Greenwood, Jr., of Chambersburg, died Sunday, August 14, 2016 in the Falling Spring Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Chambersburg. Born November 11, 1932 in Delair, NJ, a son of the late Paul E., Sr. and Marcella J. Clark Greenwood. He was a member of the Leesburg United Methodist Church, Shippensburg. Paul retired from the Letterkenny Army Depot in 1987 after 38 years of employment. He was a United States Navy of the Korean War. Paul was a member of the Cumberland Valley Lodge # 315 F. & A.M., Shippensburg and Harrisburg Consistory. He enjoyed playing golf, and was a 1950 graduate of the former Shippensburg High School. Paul is survived by his wife, Jean Swanger Greenwood whom he married November 14, 1953, one daughter, Lori A. (Gary) Stinger of Chambersburg, one sister Dorothy Coldsmith of Florida, a step grandson, Cody Stinger of Chambersburg, and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 17, 2016 in the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home Inc., Shippensburg at 11 a.m. with The Rev. Barbara A. Servello officiating. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the services in the funeral home.
