<p>James R. Recklaw, 57, of New Castle, passed away the afternoon of October 6, 2016 at Heritage Medical Center Beaver, PA. Born on September 4, 1959, in Albany, New York. He was the son of the late Frank and Chantilla Mae Lancaster Recklaw.</p><p><br></p><p>James is survived by his brothers, Alan Bert Recklaw and wife Sharon of Akron, Ohio, Jack Recklaw of Akron, Ohio, and Daniel Recklaw and wife Jeanne of Longs, South Carolina; sisters, Babs and husband Jeff Peoples, and Sheila and husband Ed Shevitz. He had, several nieces and nephews.</p><p><br></p><p>He was preceded in death by his brother Frank Recklaw Jr.</p><p><br></p><p>Family wishes to express a special thanks to Bill, Shelly, Suzanne, Steve, of Human Services, and Mobile Meds for your acts of caring and compassion that was shown to James.</p><p><br></p><p>Memorial services will be conducted Tuesday at 11:00am at Parkside Cemetery and Mausoleum, 2809 Old Pittsburgh Rd, officiated by Pastor John Yergan of First Baptist Church, New Castle. Interment will take place in Parkside Cemetery.</p>
