Daniel R. Walters, 60, of New Castle, passed away the evening of June 23, 2016 at Butler V.A. Hospital. Born on November 10, 1955 in Youngstown, OH, he was a son of the late Robert Guy and Sarah Redick. He is survived by his wife, the former Delores Fusco.

Daniel had worked as a dispatcher for McClymonds Truck Company and Wills Trucking Company. He also served his country as a member of the U.S. Army. Daniel was a member of First Assembly of God.

In addition to his wife, Daniel is survived by his step-children, Pete D’Ambrosi, Bernadette D’Ambrosi, and Gina D’Ambrosi; sister, Carol Porterfield of New Castle; seven step-grandchildren; and three step-great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Harold Walters, and sister, Deborah Sosinski.

There are no calling hours planned. Memorial services will be conducted Monday at 7:00pm at First Assembly of God Church, 2021 Pulaski Road, New Castle, PA 16105, officiated by Reverend Chad Stoecker.
