Eileen M. Ammerman Sowers, 60, of Bellefonte, died Tuesday, September 20, 2016, in Bellefonte. She was born on April 13, 1956, in Philadelphia. Eileen was a homemaker. Eileen loved to paint, do crafts and ceramics and also play games, especially the Ouija board. She enjoyed spending time with her nephews, Kevin, Jr. and Joseph Wright. On June 2, 2001, she married Larry T. Sowers, Jr. who survives at home. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Larry Ammerman on June 19, 1995. In addition to her husband, she is survived by one sister, Pat McHenry, of Glenside. Also surviving Eileen are her dog, Bacon and her two cats; Sammy and Gremlin. Along with her first husband, Eileen was preceded in death by her two sons, Larry E. Ammerman, II and Joseph C. Ammerman. Services will be held at Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home, 201 Spring St., Milesburg on Friday, September 23, 2016, at 7:30 p.m with Speaker Daniel Wedlake officiating. Family and friends will be received from 5:30-7:30 p.m. on Friday, September 23, 2016, at the funeral home. Burial will be Oak Ridge Cemetery, Union Township, Centre County, at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to the Dean K. Wetzler Funeral Home, 201 Spring Street, P.O.
