Age 86, of Upper St. Clair, peacefully passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2016 surrounded by his loving family. Beloved Husband of the late Patricia H. Baker; Loving Father of Peter (Mary) Baker, Nancy (Mike) Vighetti, and Christine Baker; Grandfather of Emily Veronica Baker and Stephanie and Jennifer Vighetti. Richard retired from Bayer as Director of the Information Systems Department. He volunteered at the Service Corp. of Retired Executives (SCORE) and the Kansas City Junior Chamber of Commerce. Richard enjoyed gardening, traveling, and sailing. Richard was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend to many. Services will be private.
