Born on September 23, 1926 in Pittsburgh, she was the Beloved Wife to the late Jack Kartlick and the late Chuck Lash; Devoted Mother to Judy (Doug) Amick; Loving Stepmother to Linda (Jim) Puhala, Ken (Linda) Lash, and the late Mark Lash; Cherished Grandma to Jennifer (Nick) Crouse, DJ Amick, Ashley (Brent) Everman, Matthew Amick, Steve (Colleen) Puhala, Sue (Jason) Goble, Matt Puhala, Megan (Bryan) Nelson, and Brian Lash; Adoring Gigi to Olivia and Brayden Crouse, James, Amy, and Clare Puhala, and Luke, Ava, and Dane Nelson; Loving Sister to Benjamin (Bert) Thomas; Wonderful Aunt to Carol (Ed) Olsavicky, David (Joanne) Thomas, and Susan Thomas as well as their children.
