The Geiple Funeral Home, Inc., Glen Rock is assisting the family. Kelly was born in York on July 27, 1972 and was a daughter of Larry L. and Joyce E. (Warner) Keener of Glen Rock. She was employed as a caregiver with Public Partnership in York for several years. Kelly also leaves, a daughter, Samantha L. Mata of York, two sons, Andrew M. Keener of Glen Rock and Zachary D. Mata of York, a grandson, Dwain E. Phillips, Jr., a sister, Tammy Waltemire of Winterstown, and a brother, Michael Keener of Glen Rock.
