Carlos J. Simon, 52, of Philadelphia, passed away on July 15, 2016. Born June 15, 1964, in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of Julio Simon and Carmen Melendez. He is also survived by two sisters, Carmen Simon (Jamel Murray) of Fayetteville, and Linda Castro (Jose) of Fayetteville; two nieces, Elizabeth Santos Simon and Vanessa Sanchez Simon; and a nephew Miguel Santos. Funeral services will be at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, July 20, 2016, at Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Chambersburg, PA. Pastor Felix Fontanez will officiate. Interment will follow the service in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Friends will be received one hour prior to the service.
