DeVilbiss, 64, of Bellefonte, passed away Monday, June 20, 2016, at the Mount Nittany Medical Center in College Township. Born on March 5, 1952, in Bellefonte, she was the daughter of the late Robert E. Chubb and Shirley Farrington Chubb who survives in Bellefonte. She married David DeVilbiss who survives at home. Sandi was a 1970 graduate of the Bellefonte Area High School. She worked as a medical assistant. Sandi attended the Pleasant Gap United Methodist Church. Along with her mother and Husband, she is survived by one son, Bryan Sampsel and his wife Ruth of Bellefonte, one brother Ronald Chubb of Bellefonte, and two grandchildren; Hannah Sampsel and Cole Sampsel. There will be a public visitation held Friday, June 24, 2016, from 10am until 11am, the time of the service, at the Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc., 206 North Spring Street, Bellefonte. Funeral services will be held Friday, at 11am, at the funeral home with the Rev. Andrew Morgan officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Gap Lutheran Cemetery.
