Daniel Leigey
Daniel R. Leigey, 59, of Moshannon, passed away Saturday, October 1, 2016 at his home. Born on March 30, 1957, in Bellefonte, he was the son of the late Patrick and Olive (Lutz) Leigey. He was preceded in death by his wife Bonnie Weisen. Daniel was a graduate of Penns Valley High School. He was a painter, he also worked for Kip Bierly and also for Holimont ski resort as a snow maker. Daniel is survived by five sisters: Ruth (Bruce) Burke, Anna Broome, Bonnie Lewis (Harold) Connie Schaeffer, Janet Leigey and two brothers: David Leigey (Caroline), Bob Leigey. Funeral services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Wetzler Funeral Service, Inc., in Bellefonte.
