Alice Ada McCaslin, 88, of Bellefonte, passed away Sunday, July 16, 2016, Centre Crest Nursing Home. Born on October 18, 1927, in Bellefonte, she was the daughter of the late John and Bessie (McLain) Edwards. On June 6, 1947, she married Paul E. McCaslin, Sr., who preceded her in death. She was a 1948 graduate of the Bellefonte Area High School. Alice was a homemaker and a member of Faith United Methodist Church in Bellefonte. She enjoyed camping, gardening and spending time with friends and family. She is survived by two daughters; Deloris A. Brobeck of Bellefonte, Linda K. McCaslin of State College, one son, Paul E. McCaslin, Jr., of Tennessee, and one sister, Judy Laird of State College. Also surviving are nine grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and two great, great grandchildren.
