<p>Linda Gale Varvil</p><p>Wilson – Family Memorial Services for Linda “Gale” Varvil, 61, of Wilson are scheduled for 3pm Saturday, July 30, 2016 at the First Baptist Church of Wilson with Bro. Felix Hernandez officiating. </p><p><br></p><p>Linda “Gale” Varvil was born January 25, 1955 at Ft Worth, TX to the Mr. Larry Don Patton and Mrs. Wanda Jo (Goldman) Patton. She departed this life on Thursday, July 21, 2016 at Ardmore Mercy Hospital.</p><p><br></p><p>Gale was raised in Oklahoma primarily and later graduated from Killeen High School of Texas where she was residing with her parents as a military family at Ft. Hood. Gale was blessed with 2 sons, Martin Reed Varvil, Jr. and Christopher Lee Varvil. She worked most of her years as a nurse’s aide and had extensive studies in becoming a certified accountant. Gale was a Tom Boy growing up and loved working with numbers. </p><p><br></p><p>Preceding her in death is her father, Larry Don Patton and her step father who raised her, Jo Ben Frazier.</p><p>Survivors include her mother, Wanda Jo Frazier of Palm Bay, FL; 2 sons, Martin Reed Varvil, Jr. and Chris Lee Varvil both of Wilson; 4 sisters, Donna Hawley of Wilson, Elizabeth Ann Thompson and husband Warren of Guitar, Mississippi, Carol Sue Summers and husband Rick of Palm Bay, FL, and Debra Alice Cameron and husband Thomas of Melbourne, FL; 2 brothers, Nole Thomas Patton and wife Delores of Temple, TX, and Dennis Alvin Frazier and wife Debra of Leon; 1 grandson, Blake Christopher Varvil; numerous other family and friends.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>Obituary
