Robin Karpe

A Celebration of Life for Robin Walter Karpe, age 47 years, of Enid, is 10:00 am, Saturday, July 30, 2016 at the First Baptist Church of Enid. Pastor Kelly Russell and Major Ernest Hull of the Salvation Army will officiate. Burial will be private. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home. Robin was born December 4, 1968 in Enid, Oklahoma to Gary Dean Karpe and Alice Vita (Thomas) Karpe, and passed away the evening of Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at his home, following an extended illness. Robin was born in Enid, graduated from Enid High School and lived in the community the majority of his life. He spent most of his time working and serving the Salvation Army of Enid as a lodge manager. Robin loved to ride his motorcycle and would often take off on long rides to relax. A lifelong member of the First Baptist Church of Enid, he cherished his church family. Robin was a special, compassionate man and will be fondly remembered by countless friends. Robin is preceded in death by his father, Gary Dean Karpe; paternal grandparents Loy and Helen Karpe; and maternal grandparents, Walter and Vita Thomas. He is survived by his mother Alice V. Karpe; brother Kevin L. Karpe; son Brandon Isaacs, daughter Parker Dalrymple, a niece, Mattie Klump and husband Austin; and a nephew, Kyle Karpe. Memorials in Robins name may be made to Hospice Circle of Love, Salvation Army of Enid, or the First Baptist Church of Enid with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
