Lauren Walker

Walker, LAUREN C. (Michel); age 32 of Springboro, went home to heaven, July 3, 2016. She was born on June 8, 1984 in Dayton to Sheryl A. Gabbard and the late Barry Michel. Lauren found her passion working in the Cardio Unit at Miami Valley Hospital as an RN. She continues to touch lives as being an organ, tissue and cornea donor. She brought joy into our lives and is loved and cherished by her family. Lauren will be dearly missed. Lauren continues to live on through her 2 loving daughters, Alexa and Sienna; and is survived by her mother Sheryl; her brother Justin; second-dad Scott; step-mom Kathie Michel; step brothers Jeremiah (Trisha) and Kyle (Dani); and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and her “second family” nursing staff. She is preceded in death by her father Barry Michel. Her family will receive friends from 3-6PM Thursday July 14, 2016 at First Baptist Church of Springboro, 80 Greenwood Lane Springboro, OH 45066 with a memorial service at 6PM. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a college fund for Alexa and Sienna at Wright-Patt Credit Union, in Lauren’s memory.
