Kendall Lewis Captain was born in Dayton, Ohio to Tammy Captain and Melvin Reid on February 22, 1986. He moved to Columbus, Ohio at an early age and attended Columbus Public Schools and Youth Build. Kendall was a beloved son, father, nephew, uncle, cousin, and friend. Everyone loved him that knew him. He departed and went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 5, 2016. Kendall was preceded in death by his grandpa, Eugene R. Captain; grandma, Dorothy Reid; and cousin, Lillie Captain. Kendall leaves to mourn his passing his mother and father; his grandmother, Lillie M Captain of Dayton, Ohio; Sarah MacMaster of 9 years; brother, Dwayne Captain; sisters, Saquana Captain, Lagila Captain, Tielisha Sowell, and Savannah Sowell; children, Anthony Captain, Kedrah Captain, Kentrell Captain; special aunt, Brenda Mack; a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
