Amy M. Guynes, 67 Amy M. Guynes, 67 of Ashland passed away late Friday evening, September 16, 2016 in Mercy Regional Medical Center in Lorain. She was born on April 6, 1949 to the late Otis and Gladys (nee Willcox) Poe in Marysville, California. Amy married Keith Guynes on August 6, 1977. She retired from Parma Hospital after more than 20 years where she was a janitor. Amy was a member of New Life Community Church. She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Keith Guynes of Ashland; one brother, Dan Poe of California; three sisters, Linda Carter of Sonora, California, Helen Johnson of North Dakota, and Ellen Tillman of Moss Point, Mississippi. Amy is preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; and one sister. A service celebrating Amy’s life will be held, Friday, September 30, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the New Life Community Church, 1489 State Route 511, Ashland, Ohio 44805 with Pastor Dave McNeely officiating. Interment will be in the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. For those who may not be able to attend, online condolences may be shared on the funeral home’s website at denbowfh.com.
