Dorothy Sine Dodge, 102, of Franklin, passed away Saturday, July 9, 2016. Born in Smoke Run, PA, she was the daughter of the late David Sine and Frances Fonek Sine. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth A. Dodge; seven sisters and two brothers. Dorothy was former owner of The Quality Inn Motel and member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. She is survived by daughter, Pat Gibbs and husband Harvey of Franklin; son, David Dodge and wife Phyllis of Franklin; five grandchildren, Candace McGee of Delaware, Chris Gibbs, Todd Gibbs, Paul Dodge and Tony Dodge all of Franklin; eleven great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
