Andrew Joseph Cope, 42, of Franklin, passed away Friday, July 29, 2016.
Born in Ocala, FL, he was the son of Jo Ann Cope and the late Norman Irving Cope. Andrew owned and operated Ace Harwood Flooring and attended Riverside Fellowship Church.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Cindy Gibson Cope; two daughters, Shayla Cope and Katie Brooks both of Franklin; two sons, Terry Brooks of Franklin and Adam Barbee of Colorado; father and mother-in law, JD and Helen Gibson of Franklin; eight brothers and sisters, Norman “Wendell” Cope (Belinda) of Hampshire, TN, Janice Maestri (Tim) of Port St. Lucie, FL, Thomas Dale Cope of Inverness, FL, James Cope (Christi) of Hampshire, TN, Judith Diane Squires (Don) of Live Oak, FL, John Cope (Lori) of Porter, TX, Suzanne Nicholson (Jeff) of Greenville, MI and Dawna Stallings (Chuck) of Cullowhee, NC; three grandchildren, Emmalee Tyte, Lilly Barbee and Aiden Barbee and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, August 1st in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Bobby Cloer will officiate. Burial will be in the Buck Creek Baptist Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
