William J. Holahan of Brooklyn, NY, age 66 died suddenly August 30, 2016 following an injury. Bill, born in Philadelphia, was preceded in death by his parents, William, Sr., and Margaret Holahan Hamilton; and his brother Martin Cross Holahan. His early years were in Louisville, KY before moving to Toronto, Ontario. Post graduation from York University, he joined the Winnipeg Contemporary Dancers before moving to New York City and performing with the Murray Lewis Dance Company. Will was fluent in French and Italian, a pianist, artist, avid gardener and traveler. After retiring from dance and a career with the NYC HR Division, he graduated from the Swedish Institute and started another career as LMT Therapist. He is survived by his life partner, Walter Levy and sisters, Susan Holahan and Denise (David) Welch of Boca Raton, FL. Memorial donations: www.friendsofaids.org
