Theodore Carrington

Theodore “Beau” Carrington Jr. was born on October 27, 1954 to the late Theodore Sr. and Norma (Gee) Carrington in Queens General Hospital in Jamaica, NY. Theodore was also preceded in death by his younger brother Daryl and Wife of over 30 years Maxine L. McPhee. As a young boy he loved playing sports, he was creative and enjoyed entertaining the neighborhood youths. Theodore was a kind and compassionate person who was loved by all that knew him. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother and friend who would always lend a hand if you needed him. He had a passionate love for horses whether watching them on TV or being at the track. He was educated in Queens, NY where he graduated from Jamaica High School with honors. He had been employed by Breaking Grounds in Manhattan NY, where he worked at the Prince George Hotel. His love and dedication for his job also extended to him working many of his days off The heavens opened up on July 11, 2016 and God took his child home. He leaves behind to cherish his memory. 3 Sons, Shawn, George (Lisa), Harold (Sena) 3 Daughters Fawn, Dawn and Lakishia 2 Brothers, Tyrone of Brooklyn, NY and Anthony (Angela) of Schenectady, NY 1 Uncle Nechola Gee ( Mildred) of Long Island, NY 2 Nephews, Joshua of Queens, NY and Devonne of Schenectady, NY 3 Nieces, Sha`ron (Ruben) of Virginia , Tyhisia (Sean) of Maryland and Tenequa of Schenectady, NY 13 Grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephew, cousins and friends who loved and will miss him very much.
