Susan B. Sjem, 67, of Hopewell Junction and formerly of Syosset, died on August 18, 2016 at her home. Born in Babylon on March 29, 1949, she was the daughter of Edward and Bertha Martin Heinz. She enjoyed painting and dancing. On June 26, 1967 in Raleigh, NC, Susan married William Sjem who survives at home. She is also survived by her children, Karla (Mark) Wagner, Laura (Michael) Rispoli, and William (Suzanne) Sjem; and her grandchildren, Zachary, Edward, Joseph, Luke, Dillon, Brandon, William and Emilia.
