Madeline C. Faoro, 74, of Poughquag and formerly of Beacon, died on September 10, 2016 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. Born in Summit Hill, PA on March 23, 1942, she was the daughter of Alfonso and Edith Colli DiMattia. Madeline was employed as a Supervisor at IBM in East Fishkill until her retirement in 1995. She was a member of Calvary Chapel of the Hudson Valley in Poughkeepsie, NY. She enjoyed cooking, crocheting, quilting, and reading her Bible. More than anything, she loved spending time with friends and family. On November 17, 1967 in Poughkeepsie, Madeline married Charles Paul Faoro who survives at home. She is also survived by her daughters and their husbands, Taralee and William Morehouse of Zephyrhills, FL, Theresa and Michael Calabrese of LaGrangeville, and Edithann Faoro of Fort Mill, SC; her siblings, Rita Langevin, Anthony DiMattia, Ada Fonteneou, Helen Orach, and Alfonso DiMattia Jr; six grandchildren, one great-grandson, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. A Memorial Service will be held at Calvary Chapel of the Hudson Valley, 36 Firemans Way, Poughkeepsie on Saturday, September 17 at 11:00 am.
