Fort Edward Gerald P. Clark, 79, of Chestnut St. passed away peacefully on Wednesday October 26, 2016 at the Glens Falls Hospital with his family by his side. Born on May 20, 1937 in Glens Falls, NY, he was the son of the late, Howard and Ella (Humiston) Clark. Gerald attended Fort Edward Schools and then in 1954 he enlisted in the United States Air Force serving as a Medic. He was employed with Encore paper in South Glens Falls for many years until his retirement. He enjoyed watching the Yankees and loved animals, especially his children’s pets. Most of all he loved spending time and traveling with his family. In addition to his parents, Gerald is predeceased by his first wife, Rose (Stoddard) Clark and his son, Gary Clark. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Mary Clark, of Fort Edward; his daughter, Valerie Iuliucci and her significant other, Craig Havens, of Hudson Falls; his sons, Donald Clark and his wife, Bonnie, of Comstock and David Clark and his wife, Denise, of Fort Edward; his step son, William Mylott, of Midlothian, VA.; his step daughter, Wendy Mylott, of Lake Luzerne; his grandchildren, David, Heather, Zachary, Jeffrey, Brian, Jessica and Tiffany; his four great grandchildren; as well as several cousins.
